The Global Talent Strategy & Intelligence Conference 2026 opens on Monday with an informal pre-event experience through Amsterdam. Participants will explore the city together with Talent Acquisition leaders from Amsterdam, combining walks through the city with stops at selected cafés and bars for drinks, conversations and networking along the way.
It’s a relaxed way to discover Amsterdam, meet fellow participants and exchange perspectives before the conference officially begins.

DVAI has changed the world of work, but the technology itself is the least interesting part of the transformation. The bigger shift is in how organizations will be designed. The workforce of the future has a new geometry: human labor, machine labor, and digital labor converging, with humans augmented by machines, agents acting autonomously, and humans and agents working together. Most org design practice was never built for this. Our methods assume work is done by people, organized into roles and structures. That assumption no longer holds.
In this session, we look at what the blended workforce entails, where current org design practices fall short, and how they need to adjust. We also consider the implications for workforce intelligence: understanding a workforce now means understanding an ecosystem of human and digital labor, not just people data.

This year the conference takes place at the H’ART Museum, located in the heart of Amsterdam on the banks of the Amstel. The venue is housed in the historic Amstelhof building from 1682, originally built as a retirement home and now one of the city’s most unique cultural locations.
Today, H’ART Museum hosts international exhibitions in collaboration with renowned institutions such as the British Museum and Centre Pompidou. With its historic architecture, beautiful courtyard garden, and central location, it offers a memorable setting for the conference.
There will be some drinks and snacks available, but please note that this is not dinner. Make sure you have eaten beforehand.
